Having spent most of my life in Southwest Washington, my roots in this community run deep. I began my real estate career in 2020, but my expertise extends far beyond traditional agency.
I've served as an Asset Manager for a private investor, overseeing a diverse portfolio of 70 properties across 5 states. This background in top-grade management allows me to offer a level of analysis and market foresight rarely found in the industry.
As the owner of Westridge Construction, I provide an 'inside-out' perspective few agents can replicate. When we walk through a property, I help my clients see the bones of the building, not just the finishes. Whether evaluating the condition of a property with a buyer, or advising a seller on strategic improvements, my hands-on knowledge ensures my clients move forward with absolute confidence.
As a member of the Bordak Group, I am focused on delivering a merit-based, high-performance experience across Southwest Washington. I’m known for a transparent, detailed approach to negotiations and a commitment to proactive communication. Outside of real estate, I enjoy surfing, hiking, and making music. I live in the community I serve with my fiancée, Miranda – who coordinates events at Columbia Edgewater Country Club – and our dogs, Charlie and Zeus. I am proud to build my own professional legacy by helping my clients build theirs through smart, strategic real estate decisions.
